Hang a Shining Star Upon the Highest Bough

DSC_0438

I wore this outfit on Sunday to an event at work. I actually picked up this dress on Black Friday a few weeks back for really cheap. It's always kind of satisfying getting a really good deal on something, isn't it? Now, if you don't mind me, I'm going to frantically wrap presents and cram Christmas music into my ears while it's still acceptable for me to do so.

Holiday question of the day: Do you have your holiday outfits planned out? I for one have no idea what I'm wearing for Christmas eve or New Year's.

Dress, hat: JCPenney, Tights: We Love Colors, Jacket: Tag sale, Shoes: DSW, Pin: Beautifully Regular

  4. I've already got a number of my holiday outfit arranged in my head. Although I have not one but TWO ugly sweater parties to attend this year and I don't want to just recycle my sweaters from last year.

  5. that dress is so cute. i haven't shopped at jcpennys in foreverrrr. when we were young, that's where we'd do all of our 'back to school shopping'.
i have no idea what i'm going to wear for the holidays. i'll probably wear the same new years dress i wore last year, it's covered in sequins.

  6. I love this look... simple but pretty and so wearable. And I for one have outfits planned out for every day I'm home... but before you think I'm sad, it's just that there are so many dresses I'm only going to see this one time this year!

  8. I don't have any holiday outfits because I have no holiday events, haha. I'm so in love with the color of your tights, by the way. I think I need some that color (lies, I have too many tights).

  12. Is there anything your floppy hat does not match?! I guess it just matches your style perfectly. That dress is a great find! When I do shop new, I am very much excited to score a deal!

I have thought about what I want to wear but nothing is set in stone yet! Glad somebody else is undecided as well.
