So, these aren't the most beautiful photos, but this is a real life blog, and sometimes in real life you spend too much time at the mall and rapidly run out of daylight and realize that the only way you're going to get outfit photos is if you take them in the mall parking lot. So here I am, in the parking lot. At least I found a little patch of trees, right? I got this sweater for Christmas. It's from Madewell and I spent a decent amount of time fawning over it, but it was too expensive for me too just buy for myself without feeling way guilty.
Oh! And since I'm on winter break and have a bit of (read, way too much) extra time, I thought it might be fun to make a Q&A video blog to share! So,
if there's anything you're curious about, just leave the question in your comment, and when I get a few, I'll put up a video blog answering them. So, ask away, if you please!
Sweater: Madewell, Skirt, Bag: Urban Outfitters, Shoes: Ruche
Until tomorrow,
Nicole
I adore that sweater!

i don't care where these photos were taken- i think you and your outfit are wonderful :) you always have the best skirts. and that sweater... i don't know what you paid for it, but it's a beaut. certainly worth the $, i'm sure. xx
ReplyDeleteYou are the queen of perfect sweaters and skirts...I know that sounds lame, but seriously, I adore every one you wear!! Hmm, question: what is your favorite band/music artist? I'm a musician so of course it's the first thing I always want to know about people:) Hope you have a sweet New Year's darling lady!
ReplyDeleteThese parking lot photos are great gurl. ;D Don't even hestitate~ yah gotta do whatcha gotta do! I really really like that sweater-- it's so cute and the arrows on it are so neat! It goes so well with that belt and skirt. I agree with Marisa-- you are totally the queen of sweaters and skirts! :)
ReplyDeleteThat's a realy beautiful sweater surely worth the money. I love how it looks with the leather details, and the background isn't that bad for a parking lot :)
ReplyDeleteI love this! Super cute. :-) Here's my question: How did you decide to start a fashion blog? (I'm a new reader so I'm sorry if you've answered this before!)
ReplyDeleteSuch a cute outfit (well, as always, haha)! I love your shoes and your sweater.
ReplyDeleteOuch, Minnie here asked my question first!
Life is a romantic poem
Hi Nicole, Beautiful look.
ReplyDeleteRose jp
GREAT outfit! Saving it for inspiration on my pinterest.
ReplyDeleteYay you're back in that denim skirt of yours hehe :) That sweater has such a cool print! I fawn over things way too much at Madewell.
ReplyDeleteHmm...A question...
If you could raid any blogger's closet (and we were magically all the same size), whose would you raid? And why? :)
And...What is your favorite cupcake flavor?
Have a wonderful new years my love!
Gorgeous outfit! I just stumbled across your blog and I love it - you have a new follower :D

I've totally taken pictures against the wall at the mall before, haha. Anyway, I would never own any of the pieces you are wearing today which is why I love coming here--you've got a totally different style from me and it's fun! (:
ReplyDeleteHave more people come to this post than a pants-related one?
omg that sweater. and girrrl. i just took photos on the side of a craft store, i've done the side of target. almost did the mall the other day i do that allll the time. it helps when you have someone with you to take photos for you.
ReplyDeletebut again. that sweater.
ummm i can't think of anything specifically for you to do in a video. other than i always think about your first video and your cute little voice.
I've been fawning over a long chiffon skirt at Madewell since this morning. I really wish I didn't see it because I'm literally penniless and it doesn't make me feel any better! I should do some digging for discounts and coupon codes because I want the skirt so bad; it's pathetic.
ReplyDeleteOh, by the way, what's up with the weather here lately?? It doesn't feel like winter at all! But to be honest, I'm enjoying this warm weather because it's less pain for me to have to walk around outside all the time. Seeing that you're only wearing a few layers and no coat, I should do the same for these temperatures...because I'm sick of my black coats already...
Hope you have a happy new year!
You are like the king of sweaters. Jumper king. Not queen, king.
ReplyDeleteI am loving your haircut so much! It's beautiful! I missed your blog, it's my fault for being so lazy and disappearing! Hahaha, anyway you look stunning :)
ReplyDeleteLove,
Alex
